End of project publications
08-August-2008
Coming to its end in the last month of June, the TRANSFORM project has published a number of outstanding reports on the main findings from both the strands that underpinned the project research, as well as on the policy recommendations to relevant stakeholders which derive from these, namely:
- the “Synthesis report” which presents the project key findings on the relation between regional innovation culture(s) and the ‘transformative’ use of ICTs;
- the “Regional Information Society Benchmarking System report” that presents the elements of a suggested region-level IS benchmarking system;
- the TRANSFORM indicators manual, which is titled “Towards Measuring Transformative Use of ICT - Indicator Manual” and complements the earlier published “Towards Measuring Transformative Use of ICT – Indicator Briefing”. For increased usability this manual has been converted into the website section "Indicators descriptions";
- the TRANSFORM “Policy recommendations” report that presents a number of policy recommendations which have emerged from the study;
- and the project final report. Titled “TRANSFORM Summary Findings” this document summarizes the key insights obtained through the research conducted in TRANSFORM, as well as the recommendations to stakeholders.
Likewise all the remaining project documentation, previously published, these reports can be downloaded from the section “publications/results”.
